Rujuta Jagtap, Founder of ResolenT, is a Computer Engineer and MBA in HR, where she graduated as a college topper. With a passion for strengthening organizations, she founded ResolenT in 2014 — the first Human Resource consulting firm in Nashik offering complete HR solutions under one roof.
She is also a Certified Image Consultant and actively conducts Corporate Etiquettes & Professional Grooming trainings for industries, helping professionals align confidence, communication, and workplace presence.
Over the years, she has held positions as a Trainer, Leader, and Director across various professional and networking platforms, where she has built strong business communities and mentored emerging talent.

Tushar Jagtap is the Founder of ResolenT and brings over 15 years of rich corporate HR experience across diverse industries. An MBA in HR and Marketing, he combines strategic thinking with strong people management expertise.
At ResolenT, Tushar primarily leads and specializes in blue-collar workforce recruitment, ensuring companies find reliable, skilled, and industry-ready workers. His deep understanding of ground-level hiring challenges, workforce dynamics, and operational HR processes enables businesses to build strong, dependable teams.
