Job Summary:
The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving product sales, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining accurate inventory, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and efficient store management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Drive sales and ensure achievement of monthly targets
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for stock replenishment
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years in retail/store operations (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
