Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer with 1–3 years of experience to manage and expand channel sales in the Nashik, Pune, Marathwada, and Vidharbha regions. The candidate will focus on building dealer networks, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and reporting sales performance accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Sales: Develop and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to ensure product availability and sales growth.
- Lead Generation: Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base for the luggage range.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Reporting: Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors for sustained business growth.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of the Nashik, Pune, Marathwada, Vidharbha market and its customer base is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
