Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and handling end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, order conversion, and post-sales support in the industrial segment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies, including dealer/distributor network
  • Generate leads and identify new customers across regions and industries
  • Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert them into orders
  • Manage customer relationships, negotiations, and resolve escalations
  • Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics
  • Monitor post-sales activities including complaints and payments
  • Achieve sales targets and support business planning & forecasting
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Support sales promotions (catalogues, brochures, exhibitions, digital presence)
  • Maintain MIS reports and update management regularly

Key Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of mechanical seals and centrifugal pumps
  • Field sales and industrial product experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer relationship management
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently
