Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and handling end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, order conversion, and post-sales support in the industrial segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies, including dealer/distributor network
- Generate leads and identify new customers across regions and industries
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert them into orders
- Manage customer relationships, negotiations, and resolve escalations
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics
- Monitor post-sales activities including complaints and payments
- Achieve sales targets and support business planning & forecasting
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Support sales promotions (catalogues, brochures, exhibitions, digital presence)
- Maintain MIS reports and update management regularly
Key Skills:
- Technical knowledge of mechanical seals and centrifugal pumps
- Field sales and industrial product experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting
- Self-driven with ability to work independently
