Job Summary: Seeking a skilled PPC (Production Planning & Control) + Dispatch Officer with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, coordination with internal departments, and timely dispatch of finished goods while ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities PPC (Production Planning & Control):
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track production progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Manage material planning and follow up with stores/purchase for the availability of raw materials.
• Maintain PPC-related records, reports, and MIS.
Dispatch & Logistics:
• Plan and execute timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle arrangement.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and packing lists.
• Ensure proper packing, labelling, and documentation before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records and update customers/internal teams on shipment status.
Skills & Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in PPC and dispatch activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and dispatch processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Industry Experience:
• Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Products (preferred)/Automobile
