Role Summary :
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you’ll be responsible for supporting the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building customer relationships, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into orders. You’ll learn on the job, interact with customers, and help expand the company’s market presence in industrial and machinery segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach (calls, emails, referrals, networking).
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Learn about the company’s products (machine tools, industrial machinery) and prepare basic sales presentations.
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Support the sales team in coordinating demos, meetings, and site visits.
• Track sales activity and maintain records in CRM / spreadsheets.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local industry events as required.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
