About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Business Development Executive to lead our growth in
metro cities — Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad. This is a unique role where you will be embedded in a
premium co-working space, serving as both a sales professional and the face of our brand within that
ecosystem.
Metro co-working spaces are home to 50–150 startups under one roof. Your primary hunting ground is
right inside the building. Build relationships, identify cybersecurity and compliance needs, and convert
them into business — all while working from a dynamic, startup-rich environment.
Key Responsibilities
Co-working Space Strategy (Core Focus)
• Operate from a company-assigned co-working space in your city as your primary base.
• Identify and shortlist the co-working space in coordination with management post-onboarding.
• Map and approach all startups within the co-working space — building trust and generating
leads without leaving the building.
• Generate a minimum of 5 qualified leads per day from the co-working ecosystem.
• Conduct informal meetings, presentations, and demos within the co-working campus.
• Position our cybersecurity & compliance solutions as essential for early-stage and growth-stage
startups.
New Business Acquisition
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Cybersecurity & IT Solutions.
• Conduct formal client meetings, presentations, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), product demos, and
proposal walkthroughs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
• Target sectors: SaaS Startups, FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech, D2C Brands, and other co-
working space residents.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with startup founders, CTOs, and decision-
makers.
• Maintain consistent communication to understand evolving customer needs and propose
relevant solutions.
• Track and manage all opportunities diligently using CRM tools.
Channel Partner Development
• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners in your assigned territory.
• Conduct minimum two partner office visits per month for engagement and support.
• Conduct partner training every 15 days on product offerings, pitch decks, pricing, and deal
qualification.
• Re-engage dormant or inactive partners with structured action plans.
• Track and report partner performance, lead flow, and deal closures.
Product & Market Intelligence
• Continuously learn and stay updated on new products, services, and cybersecurity tools every
month.
• Coordinate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions as per client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, startup ecosystems, competitor offerings, and compliance mandates.
Target Metrics
• Minimum 5 qualified leads per day from co-working space and surrounding ecosystem.
• Monthly revenue targets as per company quota.
• Active partner engagement with minimum 2 partner visits per month.
• Biweekly partner training sessions.
