Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Co-Ordinator to support and coordinate daily operational and process activities. The role involves monitoring process performance, maintaining documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures to achieve efficiency, quality, and timely execution.  


Key Responsibilities:

coordinate and monitor daily process activities to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare, update, and maintain process documents.

Track production/process data and highlight deviations or abnormalities.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Follow up on action items.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and company procedures.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.


Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Good understanding of manufacturing / operational processes.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.

Ability to analyse data and track KPIs.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Team player with problem-solving attitude.
