Job Description

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage reception duties, handle communication, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and relevant work experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
  • Manage courier services, including inward and outward documents
  • Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, inquiries, and information sharing
  • Maintain call records and update the database regularly

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good email writing skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude 

Education & Experience

  • Any graduate can apply
  • 5–7 years of relevant work experience in front desk/receptionist roles
