We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage reception duties, handle communication, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
- Manage courier services, including inward and outward documents
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, inquiries, and information sharing
- Maintain call records and update the database regularly
Skills & Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good email writing skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Education & Experience
- Any graduate can apply
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience in front desk/receptionist roles
