We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CSE / Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and generate leads. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first approach to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle targets and pressure
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in telecalling / customer support
