We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive field-level B2B sales and expand our presence across Nashik. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and skilled at building strong relationships with café owners and food business operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to cafés, restaurants, and food outlets
- Promote and pitch Makhanwalas premix products to potential clients.
- Identify and generate new business leads
- Convert leads into long-term customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with café owners and managers
- Organise product demonstrations and sampling activities
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily travel
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing (FMCG experience preferred)
- Having an own two-wheeler will be an added advantage
- Freshers with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
