We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong knowledge of Power Press machines and press shop equipment. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of power press machines, hydraulic systems, and fabrication shop equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Power Press machines (20Tâ500T).
Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic Press, pneumatic systems, and mechanical press machines.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick resolution of breakdowns.
Carry out daily inspection, lubrication, and maintenance scheduling for press shop machines.
Troubleshoot issues related to electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare maintenance reports.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth press shop operations.
Handle maintenance of related equipment, such as:
Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines in the press shop.
