Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation compliance
Support payroll inputs and attendance tracking
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements
HR Consulting Support
Assist in HR policy drafting and documentation
Support client HR audits and compliance documentation
Conduct basic HR research and benchmarking
Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and proposals
Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
Data Management
Maintain and update employee databases with high accuracy
Ensure confidentiality and security of HR data
Prepare MIS reports and HR analytics dashboards
Perform data validation and regular audits
Support HR metrics tracking (attrition, hiring, attendance, etc.)
HR Portal & System Updation
Update employee information in HRMS/HR portal
Assist in maintaining digital employee files
Coordinate portal-based onboarding documentation
Troubleshoot basic portal issues and escalate when required
Ensure timely updates of policy documents and announcements
