We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The role involves handling financial data, supporting loan documentation, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring accurate financial records aligned with business advisory services. Key

Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain books of accounts (Tally / ERP)

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal, ledger, and reconciliations

• Manage bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze client financials for loan eligibility and structuring

• Prepare CMA data / project reports / financial projections

• Assist in working capital assessment and financial planning

• Generate MIS reports for management decision-making

Loan & Banking Coordination

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions

• Prepare and verify loan documentation

• Support in processing term loans, working capital, overdraft cases

• Follow up for approvals and disbursement

Compliance & Taxation

• Handle GST returns, TDS, Income Tax compliance

• Ensure statutory compliance and documentation

• Assist in audits (internal & external) Client Handling

• Interact with clients to collect financial data

• Provide financial insights and documentation support

• Maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills
