Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Managers to join our growing financial services team. Candidates should have strong sales skills, experience in loan or insurance products, and the willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets of Rs.5 Crores.

Manage and expand relationships with 50+ DSAs and connectors.

Generate leads and drive loan disbursements through partners.

Promote Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Understand loan eligibility, valuation, and risk assessment.

Manage monthly login targets and develop new business opportunities.

Conduct field visits and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.

Understand lending metrics, including LTV, FOIR, banking products, NIP/LIP, and basic P&L.

Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

1–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the loan or insurance sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship-building and business development abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel 15–20 days every month across assigned locations.

Proven sales performance and target achievement are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to Rs.45,000 in-hand per month.

Travel Expenses: Reimbursed as per company policy.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to sales achievements.
